Adega do Ti ArturOn a rainy day and after hiking the PR1 RMR – Marinhas de Sal I looked for a restaurant or a snack that arouses my attention, to recover the energy lost in the walk. At the beginning of the Salinas Road, the first restaurant on the right, I found a sheet with adhesive tape pasted on the glass with the following inscription: “Today we have the Portuguese stew.” Enjoying this as much as I do and beeing that the dish of the day in Adega do T’Artur, it was the obvious choice for lunch.
Even though the restaurant is bursting at the seams, we got a table in a corner and were quickly served. We were advised to ask for a dose and a half for two people but we could verify later that a dose would be more than enough. The platters are huge!
The quality of the meat and sausage was great and it was a delight to savor this meal that crumbled in the mouth. That’s why this is an option to consider if you visit “Salinas da Fonte da Bica”, in Rio Maior.
