Gastrobar Acrópole is located in Figueira da Foz, more precisely a few tens of meters from Casino Figueira, in Bairro Novo, a noble area of the city.
With a privileged location, this space has been recently renovated, receiving new blood through a young management and a new “dressing”, both in the decoration with great taste, and in the service and quality of the presented suggestions. Being a trendy restaurant today, with several options for all tastes, the quality and presentation of the menu deserves at least one visit.

In addition to service a la carte, with fantastic tidbits, there are daily (usually one of meat and the other of fish) suggestions at affordable prices for the full menu (with soup, drink and coffee).

I started with the starters (see photo above) served on slate plate. They consisted of pate, butters, olives, and toasted garlic bread with herbs (see photo below). These toasties are addictive and I couldn’t stop eating until they disappeared from the basket.

Meanwhile came the spinach soup, very velvety and tasty. For main course, piglet bellies with salad and french fries (see first photo). Well made, generous quantities and at a very affordable price (all included in the daily menu).

In the end there wasn’t enough room for dessert, maybe for the next visit. I leave with a nice coffee and fully satisfied, convinced that this will be a restaurant that, maintaining the same quality and consistency in service, will have a future of success guaranteed.
